We are bereaved when someone or something we love or care about is taken from us. Grief can take many forms. We may feel confused, angry, anxious or in denial while our body may be tired, breathless, sleepless, or without appetite.
Books here are only about bereavement and grief following death. They include guidelines for counsellors and psychotherapists, and information for any interested adult. They may describe the grieving process, counselling, gender and age, family dynamics or use of art and music.
